SHIPPING POLICY

We offer safe and reliable shipping for our period undies. Once your order has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email with your shipping details.

Shipping typically takes between 2-15 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout.

We do our best to ensure that your order arrives in a timely and efficient manner, and we are always here to answer any questions or concerns you may have about shipping. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At REBA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your period undies, you can return them to us within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at sales@rebawear.co.nz with your order number and reason for return. 

Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on worn or washed period undies.

 

All returned products must be in their original packaging and in new, unworn condition.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.
